I'm going to have to drop out of this round. I have well over half the word count needed, but I just read through it and realized I hate ninety percent of what I've written. This story does not want to be told right now. It feels forced and fake.
So I'm throwing in the towel right now to focus on NaNoWriMo. Maybe next year, I won't have writer's block from hell and actually be able to start my fic properly before we're half-way into October.
At least I only have to feel bad about not finishing, not about troubling other people, since I don't have an artist waiting for me.
